Continuing Appointments and Promotions

The Continuing Appointments and Promotions (CAP) team coordinate the processes for:

  • academic promotion
  • continuing appointment probation
  • conferral of Honorary and Adjunct Professor titles.

Workplace Relations

Workplace Relations provides advice on complex and sensitive employment matters including major disputes or organisation change, enterprise bargaining, interpretation of industrial awards or legislation, review of employment contracts.

Staff Rehabilitation and Support

The University of Queensland’s Staff Support and Rehabilitation Advisor helps to facilitate workplace support for staff members whose capacity to carry out their duties is affected by a mental health condition not currently subject to a Workers Compensation claim.
